Terms and Conditions – AudioFysio Low Back Pain App
With the AudioFysio Low Back Pain App, you are able to perform exercises for non-specific low back pain. It is possible that the exercises may not be suitable for you. You should consult a doctor or physiotherapist before undertaking any physical activity. The exercises are not a substitute for medical examination or treatment. They should also not be considered as a replacement for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or therapist, although they can support such services.
You are solely responsible for the use of the app. PM Health – AudioFysio is not responsible or liable for any physical damage caused by the use of the app. Always pay attention to the signals of your body: if an exercise causes pain or general discomfort, do not complete it.
Mobile in-app purchases (subscription)
PM Health offers “in-app” subscriptions that provide access to the full content of the app. All amounts are charged at the beginning of the subscription and upon each renewal until cancellation (at least 24 hours before the end of the period). Each subscription is automatically renewed for an additional period equal to the expiring subscription period, until you cancel.
In-app purchases are bought from and billed by the App Store Provider, not by PM Health. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of this App Store Provider. If you encounter payment-related issues with in-app purchases, you must contact the App Store Provider directly. PM Health has no access to the accounts or transactions of the App Store Provider.

Weekly with 3-day trial
The first three days are free. Without cancellation (24 hours before the new period starts), a weekly subscription of €2.99 will automatically begin. -
Monthly for €9.99.

Quarterly for €27.99.
Service performance
PM Health continuously works to provide proper performance of its services but accepts no liability for the uninterrupted availability of internet, mobile app, telephone, or any other program services or their individual functions, particularly regarding delays, interruptions, and downtimes due to technical reasons. Customers cannot claim compensation for such issues.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer submitted the order as a consumer and resided in another country at the time the order was placed, the statutory provisions of that country remain applicable.
Severability clause
If any provision of this contract is invalid or unenforceable, or becomes invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remainder of the contract shall not be affected. A valid or enforceable provision that most closely achieves the economic intent of PM Health and the customer shall replace the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies to any contractual gaps.
Possible app updates
At some point, PM Health may want to update the app. System requirements (and possible additional systems if we decide to expand availability) may change, and you may need to download updates if you wish to continue using the app. PM Health does not guarantee that it will always update the app so that it remains relevant for you and/or works with the version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept application updates when offered. PM Health may also decide to stop offering the app. PM Health may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless otherwise specified, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate upon termination.

All content of the app (text, audio, and video) is the property of PM Health and for personal use only. It is prohibited to publish, distribute, or reproduce the content of this app. All content related to the app is copyrighted by PM Health. Any unauthorized use of such materials requires express written permission from PM Health.
